Premuim Custom Detailing Work auto trim repair and paint overspray removal work
This is my custom Chevy GMC door trim restoration package. This gives these parts a custom look without repainting them. Also my unique paint overspray removal method. I use a single edged carbon tipped razor blade to remove any type of overspray known to man. No one has ever duplicated my work seen here on Blogspot.com
Jeff Suggs owner of Paint Overspray Removal International Services of
Texas. My company specializes in the removal of industrial grade paint
overspray. We are the only company on the internet that has actual
overspray removal videos of us removing products such as Polyurethane
sprayfoam and Protective & Marine Coatings in the form of overspray
damage on vehicles. We have saved insurers, contractors, dealerships,
and individuals millions over the years by repairing vehicles from all
sorts of paint damage. The SS Camaro Transformer in this video is part
of a 300 vehicle overspray claim.
We repaired these vehicles 100 %,
that means all paint, glass, trim, and molding pieces were cleaned. We
then applied an excellent car sealant called “Quantum” with its five
year warranty. This is over 9,600,000 at the low end of an estimate of
the vehicles repaired for ” Joe Holland Chevrolet & Imports”.This is the 2012 426HP high performance Camaro SS equipped with a
powerful 6.2L V-8 with a choice of a 6 speed manual shift or a
automatic transmission. The transformer in this video is a manual
shift. The manual transmission is usually paired up with the LS3
Engine.
This little match up produces “SAE- Certified” 426 horsepower
and 420 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels. I prefer the six speed
TR6060 transmission for a quick shift and no slippage. I do all my
filming with a Sony HD DSC-HX100 when repairing vehicles from paint
damage of any kind. This allows me to do some really cool different
things on camera. At the very end of this video, when bringing the
vehicle out for inspection, I place my camera on the ground and drive
over it . I do this for two reasons, one so that everyone can get a
look-see under this bad ass ride. The second reason is, I thought it
might add to the filming of the cars performance abilities.
This car is
just another great example of good old ” American Engineering at its
Best. Last but not least, we use an excellent car sealant product called
“Quantum” on every vehicle we repair from overspray damage. This is a
very highly rated sealant, and it has a four years warranty. Quantum
uses the latest in ” nano-Technology ” making it very durable. This
gives your vehicle the most advanced paint protection in today’s
automotive industry. I demonstrate in the videos below how this
products works in all weather conditions.
The red 2012 Chevy Camaro
below was repaired at night when it was snowing. The next day I took it
outside under direct sunlight and she look great. The vehicles below
and 300 hundred others on this project will keep their shine and look beautiful for years
to come. Quantum also helps your vehicle’s paint resist against water
spotting, acid rain, bug guts, tree sap, bird droppings and more. This
is our part along with restoring every piece of your vehicle from all
damages to help you protect your investment.http://www.paintoversprayremovaloftexas.com/muscle-car-repairs
Jeff Suggs owner and operator of Paint Overspray Removal International
Services of Texas. I specialize in the removal of industrial paint
overspray from vehicles such as Protective & Marine Coatings and all
grades of Polyurethane spray foam insulation. We are unlike any other
company in the world, and have the most web presence than anyone in the
overspray removal game. One of the reasons for this is our videos. Thanks to Google and others that are streaming them all over the world.
I
also have over 250 ads and websites from other countries that feature
our videos. None of our work has ever been duplicated by another
company or individual. I am are very proud of that fact. I have never hidden
any of my cleaning methods from my customers, and everyone is always
more than welcome to observe our work at any job location.I believe that every piece of a vehicle should be repaired from all
damages, this would include the trim & moldings “textured or
smooth”.
We are the only company in the world that repairs every piece
of the vehicle, and has the videos to prove it. My custom Chevy door
molding and wiper arm package is just one of my many methods of totally
restoring your vehicle to a much better condition then before damaged
ever occurred. You can search all over the internet and not find any
listings for the kind of auto trim repairs as demonstrated in my
videos. This package not only gives your ride a really nice custom look
without repainting, it also extends the life span of these parts.
When
you see the results of this process done on a vehicle, it will blow your
mind. This cannot be done with a foam pad, you have to use a wool pad.You
can use the polish of your choice to do this, no compounds can be used
in this process. You first take a micro towel and polish the parts by
hand to help brake thru the first layer of the piece. Be very careful
when you are buffing the door trim or you will burn it. If done
correctly you will actually change the texture of these parts from flat
and dry to smooth and shiny.
Simply wax these parts like the rest of the
vehicle and they will look as good as the day you polished them. I have
done over 500 hundred of these packages all over the United States when
managing paint overspray removal projects. Great way to give your
customers something they can’t get just anywhere. Check out my company website for the most footage of actual auto trim & molding repair then anywhere else on the internet.http://www.paintoversprayremovaloftexas.com/auto-trim--molding-repair
Many years ago long before the clay-bar had been invented, I was and
still do use a method that I call ” blading or shaving a car. I use a
single edged carbon tipped razor blade to safely remove any type of
overspray damage known to man. I have over 20 years experience using
this technique and have repaired thousands of vehicles in this manner. Most people that own detail-shops have very little experience with
removing overspray from vehicles. Plus their normal customers don’t
come in for overspray removal work.
For over two decades, every vehicle
that I have repaired had some sort overspray damage. The only way to
become truly proficient in repairing vehicles is numbers. The more
vehicles you repair, the more proficient you become at it. I have
traveled all over the United States and beyond managing claims for major
insurers and contractors, saving them millions over the years. When I go to manage an overspray project, am basically agreeing to make
the repairs without truly knowing the extent of the vehicles damaged. In over 20 years I have never turned tail and had to head back to the
house because I could not make the repairs.
My blading technique has
never failed me. You will also notice in my videos that if possible, I
invite the customer to observe my process first hand. This is
something that I never hide from my customer or insurers. To prove that
no damage is occurring doing my cleaning process, I do all my own
filming using a Sony HD camera. For super close ups, I remove the
camera from the tripod and hold it with my left hand while blading with
my right hand. I also explain to the customer what am doing while
keeping the work am doing in frame.
I always do a pre-existing damage
report, so that the customer can be made aware of any damages other than
overspray. Plus it makes a great video when you remove all of the
damages including the pre-existing. There are several other ways to remove overspray other than my blading
method or the clay-bar, and I have tried them all. First the Nano Skin
auto-scrub, this is a pad that you attach to a portal or a high speed
buffer. This will scuff a black car so bad that you have to buff it to
restore the finish. I have seen several demonstration videos of
vehicles that have been repaired using this method.
None of the
vehicles repaired were black,or were taken outside under the sun light
to see how they really look when this product is used. Another way to
remove overspray is to wet-sand a vehicle which diminishes the
clear-coat and voids the factory warranty. No one on the internet has
ever demonstrated these methods and then take the vehicle outside under
direct sun light for inspection. Check out some of my best work linked
below, none of my work has ever been duplicated by anyone on the
internet or elsewhere my company website severe paint overspray damage. http://www.paintoversprayremovaloftexas.com/severe-paint-damage
